By using PDFMunk, you agree to the terms outlined here. Our API allows you to convert HTML and URLs into PDF documents.

Acceptable Use

You must not use PDFMunk for illegal, abusive, or high-volume scraping purposes. We may suspend service for violations of our acceptable use policy, which includes but is not limited to:

• Generating documents with illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to overwhelm our systems with excessive requests
• Using our service for unauthorized scraping of third-party websites
• Reverse engineering our API or attempting to bypass usage limitations

Accounts

API keys are tied to your account. You're responsible for any activity using your key. Keep it secure and do not share it with unauthorized parties. You must:

• Provide accurate account information
• Update your contact information as needed
• Protect your API keys and credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Service Changes

We may modify the service, pricing, or terms. Continued use implies acceptance of updates. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes to the service or pricing structure.

Service Limitations

Our service has certain technical limitations, including:

• Maximum document size and complexity constraints
• Rate limits based on your subscription plan
• Rendering engine limitations for certain CSS features
• Network timeouts for URL-based conversions

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We reserve the right to suspend service for abuse or non-payment. Upon termination:

• Your API keys will be invalidated
• You will not be billed for future periods
• You may request a copy of your account data

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you convert using our service. We make no claim to your documents or data. PDF Munk's name, logo, and software are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
