Payment & Refund Policy

    This policy outlines how we handle payments and refunds for PDFMunk API plans.

    Billing & Subscriptions

    We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed via secure third-party billing platforms. All subscription plans:

    • Are billed in advance for the upcoming period
    • Automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
    • May be upgraded at any time, with prorated billing for the remainder of the current period
    • May be downgraded effective at the start of the next billing period

    Free Plan

    A free plan is available with limited usage (10 conversions/month). You can upgrade at any time. The free plan:

    • Provides basic functionality without cost
    • Has a monthly conversion limit that resets on the first day of each month
    • Does not support certain advanced features available in paid plans
    • Has no expiration date but may be subject to changes with notice

    Payment Methods

    We accept payment via major credit cards and some digital payment methods through our payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and secured. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

    Refund Eligibility

    Refunds are only available within 7 days of your first payment and only if you haven't exceeded the free tier quota. No refunds for renewals or overages. To request a refund:

    • Contact our support team within the eligible period
    • Provide your account information and reason for the refund
    • Allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval

    Cancellation

    You can cancel your plan any time. Your account will stay active until the end of your billing period. Cancellation process:

    • Log into your account dashboard
    • Navigate to the subscription section
    • Select the cancel option and confirm your decision
    • Receive a confirmation email of your cancellation

    Price Changes

    We may modify our pricing structure from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price increases affecting current subscribers. Such changes will take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period.
